What can I say... your website is amazingly thorough. I have owned four 7.3's over the years, the most recent being a 2001 F350 Crew cab DRW. I was fortunate to find it a year ago in Arizona - 41,000 miles! AWSOME truck! This truck I plan to keep for a l o n g time.
Since then I have been collecting information, actually a 2001 version of your site. However, nothing as detailed. Is it possible that you have templates of your spreadsheets available?

I followed your directions to the "T" for the ball joint replacement. I bought the tool which was handy and I still saved tons of money a time. Thank mucho!
My inner front axle seal is leaking now and I was wondering do you have anything forthcoming for that job? I hate to rip out what I just put in but I have some passenger side cluncking an still have oil coming out.

Thanks for taking the time to do a ball joint write up. I just used it to complete a complete rebuild of all my front steering components. When I say complete I mean complete...from the bearing hubs to the ball joints. I wanted to have everything new again. To support your site ; I purchased it all from your links to Amazon. I even purchased the seal driver. It's a small sum of money compared to what the dealer wanted.

Thanks for the great info! One question if I may...I'm going to attempt a coolant flush/replacement and while I'm at it I plan to replace the water pump, thermostat housing, thermostat, gasket, and hoses. In your opinion do you have any preference in the order of performing all of those prceedures. Does it matter? Thanks for your time.

I just changed my ball joints as per your photos and literature! other than me bending my castle nut and having to get another one, Everything went tickity boo. It was my first time doing ball joints and after doing it on my truck I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

im trying to bypass ford PATS "B" on 7.3 and im gathing info or links to info. I have a no-start due to my PATS system. All it does is turn over. Do you have any info on rewiring to bypass it. other than replacing or reprogramming the items.
